Account and Google permissions

• Sign in with Google identifies your account in WRP services that offer this option. Your session stays on the product domain where you signed in. Wendelmaques.com can appear in the permission request as the name of WRP's application.
• Signing in does not buy a plan, authorise a charge or connect additional Google services. Each integration explains the data and purpose before asking for permission.
• Connect only accounts and properties you are authorised to use. You can refuse or revoke Google permission. This stops access that depends on it. It does not cancel purchases or automatically delete data already stored.
• Before you unlink Google, check that you have another way to sign in. The product's rules, prices and limits still apply.

Permission-based sending

You may send marketing messages only to recipients who gave valid consent or with whom you have a documented lawful relationship. Purchased, scraped, harvested, or guessed lists are prohibited.

Sender responsibilities

Identify your organisation accurately. Keep evidence of permission to send. Honour unsubscribe requests promptly. Follow the laws that apply to you and your recipients.

Abuse and deliverability

We may pause or suspend sending to protect recipients and the service. We block addresses after a spam complaint or a permanent delivery failure. Evasion, impersonation, phishing, malware and unlawful content are prohibited.

Packages and payment

The free Trial has no card, expiry or automatic conversion. It includes 1 GB shared across receive-only mailboxes and does not permit outgoing email. Paid packages renew monthly until cancellation. Before purchase, we show the price, currency, allowances and cancellation terms. Canceling stops future charges and preserves access through the paid period. Live purchases remain closed during the pilot.

Availability

During the pilot, the service has no guaranteed availability level. Stored queues and controlled retries reduce the risk of lost work. Delivery to every recipient is not guaranteed.

Termination

You may schedule deletion of your organisation's workspace data. You have seven days to cancel the request. This does not close your global account or organisation. We may retain billing and security records with identifiers instead of names when required to prevent fraud, keep accounts or meet legal obligations.
