CommsHarbor is a permission-based messaging service. These terms govern your use of the service.

Permission-based sending

You may send marketing messages only to recipients who gave valid consent or with whom you have a documented lawful relationship. Purchased, scraped, harvested, or guessed lists are prohibited.

Sender responsibilities

You must identify your organization accurately, keep evidence of permission, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and comply with laws that apply to you and your recipients.

Abuse and deliverability

We may pause or suspend sending to protect recipients, domain reputation, infrastructure, or third parties. Complaints, permanent bounces, evasion, impersonation, phishing, malware, and unlawful content are prohibited.

Passes and quota

Passes and top-ups are prepaid, non-recurring entitlements. There is no automatic renewal. Quota, validity, and price are shown before payment. Live checkout remains unavailable during the invite-only bootstrap.

Availability

The service is provided without a guaranteed service level during the bootstrap. Durable queues and replay controls reduce risk but do not make delivery to every recipient guaranteed.

Termination

You may schedule organization deletion with a seven-day cancellation period. We may retain pseudonymous billing and security records when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
